Hey, y'all! My name is Hannah. I am 26 and am a stay at home mom/partner. I am engaged to my very best friend in the world and a mother to the best little 7 year old son! We also have a cat named Lou!
I have loved to cook and create new meals for years. It is truly my passion and something I enjoy more than anything! I could cook all day long.
I also enjoy watching movies and binge watching tv shows with my family and having dance parties with my son in the kitchen while I cook! We are a big sports household so you can expect some good appetizers and meals for game days!
My WW Journey
I started my WW journey after trying every single diet you could ever think of. I have lost 70+ lbs since starting. I still eat fast food and snack on my beloved goldfish! I learned quickly that sustainable weight loss does not have to include depriving yourself of your most favorite foods. In fact, every time I did a crash diet and lost weight I would gain it all back and more as soon as I stopped.
We have been so conditioned to believe that the only way to lose weight is a miserable or unrealistic diet plan. You can have everything you love and still see great progress and results. WW is about changing your lifestyle. Not a diet. I want to help you unlearn what you have been told about weight loss and health.
I am always here to answer questions or help guide you through this journey! Or if you have meals you would like me to create or turn a favorite dish into a healthier version, I am completely up for that as well!
